This clarification text has been prepared in order to inform the data owners about the methods and principles of processing the Personal Data of health tourists applying to ELEVEN ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ in line with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in Turkey (“KVKK”) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Your Personal Data is processed by ELEVEN ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ within the scope of Art.5 and Art.6 of the LPPD and Art.6 and Art.9 of the GDPR for purposes such as medical diagnosis, treatment, surgical procedures, operations, accommodation and transfer organization, consultancy and information services, carrying out necessary administrative procedures in line with the regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism, promotion and marketing activities. This data may include personal and sensitive personal data such as identity information, contact information, health data, financial data, accommodation and travel information.

The processing of your data is carried out only in line with the above legal grounds, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, in a limited and measured manner, and may be transferred to domestic public institutions and organizations, health service providers, accommodation and transportation service providers, international health tourism consultants and, where necessary, to authorized institutions abroad.
